2. Orders and Contract Conclusion The customer places an order via the online store. Once the seller confirms the order, a contract is concluded. All prices are final, including VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices.

3. Payment and Shipping Products are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer
Shipping methods: Slovak Post, Courier Services (DPD, DHL, GLS)
If the buyer selects an untracked shipping method, the seller is still responsible for ensuring delivery to the buyer.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Goods must be unused, in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Complaints and Warranty All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty.
The buyer must notify us of defects immediately after discovery.
Claims must be sent via email or post. Products must be properly packaged.
We will respond to your complaint within 30 days.
